How Does Phentermine Work?

I'm not too enthusiastic about them considering there are no rules
for production safety and quality control... who knows what's in there.

I will look into them more soon, but it's hard to find non-promotional
information on them.

ok, got another question for you and then i'll leave you alone. Can you take ambien or tylenol nite time to sleep while taking phentermine? Sounds like a side effect is alot of restless nights. Would this work or help?

I never took ambien but I heard of plenty of people who did. I took nite time tylenol when needed. How long have you been on phen? Maybe your body isn't used to it or maybe your taking it too late?

So the answer to your question is yes you can take it. I wouldn't suggest it everynite though, thats just me. You may want to figure why your not sleeping. maybe change the time or dosage. If you just started taking the phen, give yourself some time for your body to adjust.

I started taking phentermine at the beginning of this week for the New Years Challenge - i feel like im doin' great... although no appetite at all.. I eat like once maybe twice a day...... but my question is this how much water ????? to drink? and i've always took a b-12 super complex vitamin only recently did i switch to the sublingual ( liquid form) b-12 promotes energy and ups metabolic activity-- so i was just wondering if the liquid which is fast acting and the phentermine will be okay mixed.... i've heard of people actually who get prescribed phentermine that also get a b-12 injection from a MD ???? but just wanted to run this past ya'll any thoughts or advice about b-12 please help..... oooohhh and water as far as ounces - the normal 8-8oz a day? ..... good luck to all in the challenge - i haven't weighed myself im not going too.. but i want too.... i feel like im losing though.... have a great weekend everybody...... :shock:

I don't know much about Ambien + Phentermine.

DMorgan, it sounds like you're doing well. PLEASE eat more meals
than once or twice a day. You need at least 3 medium sized meals
and 2-3 snacks every day to boost your metabolism and keep it
that way.

I know it's hard to eat when you don't feel hungry, but you must
try hard or else when you stop taking Phen you'll gain all the
weight back again.

Think of Phentermine as a tool to help you teach your body
how to eat right and exercise right. Nobody should think of it
as something that helps you lose weight by making you eat less.

hey ian did you read the rest of my post---- b-12 sublingual liquid vitamin and phentermine ???? increases energy and ups metabolic rate.....???
