Hi I want to know if anyone else has had a problem with phentermine where you've been taking it for a couple weeks and then it just loses effectiveness more and more.

What's wrong? Did I get phentermine that is manufactured in low quality?
Is there another diet pill I can take that is pretty safe and will suppress my cravings?

What should I do?

If you take in any caffeine (like from coffee, cokes, tea, or other diet pills, etc.),
Phentermine will become less effective because it exits your body too quickly.

If you don't take in any caffeine, then you might want to talk to your doctor
about what is going on. I wouldn't recommend stopping Phentermine suddenly,
and then starting up again a while later. This could cause withdrawal symptoms.

What kind of WD symptoms are you thinking about? Like, say, lethargy and rebound appetite, depression? Pretty much the opposite of what we feel when the stuff is really working its mojo? I wonder know if I've experienced such WD in the past year when I've gone off phentermine for a while for one reason or another. I just assumed I was having a crappy winter.

Well, okay, yeah, I *did* have a crappy winter, but I don't think anything would have made a difference except for parents who could never get old and die. Nope, no pill for that yet.

The information on this drug does state that it is most effective for the first couple weeks of use and then it the effectiveness tends to decrease which may require a dosage adjustment.
