Hi there. I'm not sure if they are real but I'm thinking they have to be. I also just went to get a re-fill and I was given white pills with blue specks on them with the label K 25 and they are also litte bit thicker than my last pills which had the label A 159. These seem a little stonger too. I am checking them out some more so if I find any info I'll be more than glad to share.
