I have only been taking phen for 3 days. In the morning my body feels stiff and my muscles achy. It does subside after moving around for a while. Is this normal or should it be a concern? Is or has anyone else experienced this with Phen use?

Sorry, I have not had that side effect. Are you a lot more active during the day (while you are awake?)

Yes, I am pretty active during the day. Today it seemed to be getting better than it has been. I didn't feel as achy.

I am just wondering if you are being more active during the day and the achiness could be from your muscles getting used to the extra exercise???

I was thinking this could be from an increase in exercise as well--when I first started exercising I hurt from head to toe!!

I agree, cyn. The other thing I thought about was that it could be restless musles at night when you are sleeping. Or are you stressed? You could be all tensed up while sleeping.

i feel just like you do...i have been on it for 2 days (which i know isnt long) but i have an achy head and stiff back and neck. I too think it might be from not sleeping well.

Hi, I also have had an extremely stiff neck and upper back, which I have every so often from a prior whiplash but this had been daily. Today and yesterday are the first days I haven't felt it. It seemed to get worse after I took the phen but better after exercise.
