who uses phentermine?

Is everybody in this forum using phentermine?

I did for awhile but I quit--not for any bad reason--I just want to try to do it on my own--but if I hit a rough patch I will go back to phen because it gave me the jump start that I needed.

I am taking 30mg of phentermine, but I am also using diet and exercise to lose weight.

I think Phen is just an added boost. It is important that it not be used as the only thing you are doing to lose wight, because if you do and you lose then it is likely you will just gain it all back when you stop taking Phen.

Phen is just a short term boost.

Well thats good to hear you guys aren't just relying on phentermine. I think a healthy diet and exercise are definitely needed.

In my opinion, you cannot keep the weight off without changing your habits.
