SIDE EFFECTS NORMAL?

I've been taking phentermine 30 MG for 2 days now. On the first day I had a slight headache and the jitters. Today I have had a pretty bad headache this evening and also my chest (front and big) feels slightly different--there's no pain there, but it feels almost like there is a slight pressure there or something. I was just wondering if any of you all have experienced similiar side effects. Will the headaches go away? I'm hoping I feel back to normal within a couple days...I don't mind having more energy and less appetite, I just don't want to feel what I'm feeling now. Should I check my blood pressure at WalMart or something?

Man, I wish the people who used to be here still posted. There was a dry
period of about a week, and they just quit coming back. I hope they're
still doing ok with their weight loss though. :\

Anyway, I never did take Phentermine, but headaches are a common
side effect. I know you took it before without headaches, but maybe
you just need to drink more water since Phentermine really dehydrates.

Still, I agree that you should check your blood pressure at WalMart.
If it's a bit high, please check in with your doctor about it.

Yes, I have been on it at 30mg for 2 days as well. I had headaches for the first day at the back of my head. But, on the second day I didn't notice them that much at all. Then again on the second day I ran a mile and then took care of my yard, clean the house and played with the kids. So maybe it was b/c I was way more active??? I more worry about the COKE like high with the juice type energy. Take right now for instance. I am at work answering phones for the next 8 hrs. I am not sure if I want to take the pill or not. I am not sure if I fell like being that hyped up and having to sit still.

Do the side effect every clam down some? The hyperness seems to last for about 4hrs. Mind you thats 4hrs of pure energy. After that it's a kind of weird feeling.

Hey Ace--I had a little trouble understanding your post, but about the energy issue--eventually I think that side effect will get more under control, though you will always feel like you have a boost of energy as long as you take the stuff--or at least until the effects of the pill wear off for you, if they ever do.

Well on the energy issue I am going to keep givin it a try. Just to see if the side effects will wear off. I ended taking the one yesterday while I was at work. By the time I got home I crashed at 8:30 at sleep for 10 hrs and felt tired this morning. I kinda feel like a walking zombie almost... I did take some stratra before for my ADHD and it treated me the same way for the first couple of weeks. So we will see how it goes. I have been drinking lots of water.

Sorry you couldn't fully understand the last post. I reread it and if you have never been their then you wouldn't understand. Let's just say I know the effects of lots of different things, from my dumb past. :( Plus the phen has my mind racing.
