hi everyone i have been taking phentermine for about 4 months now. It has worked wonders for me but now within the past month and a half i have been having major constipation problems and i have tried everything to get rid of this problem. Is this a side effect? or is this what happenss when you take this medication for so long.

It seems pretty rare, but constipation is a possible, less serious side effect
of Phentermine. I'm sorry you've had to deal with this.

Anyone have any solutions they used to improve things?

Hi and welcome, always glad to chat with people. What does you food and drink intake look like?

I would try taking a stool softener pill every day until the problem decreases, and then try taking a fiber pill every day. That should help. Other than that, make sure that you get lots of food with fiber in it; i.e. green vegetables!
