You need to make sure you're taking in enough protein. Hair loss during
weight loss is a sign that your body is scrambling to get enough protein
and is unable to dish it out to your hair for growth.

Many people who undergo weight loss surgery experience this hair loss too,
so they're always drinking protein shakes, etc.

Glad to know you're ok though. You never came back after that scary
night at the hospital!

thanks for the quick reply. I am at work, so i think this site is monitored. Are you sure it is due to protien and that it will grow back? I am so!!! nervous. I have extremly long hair, and i dont want to look bald, IM ONLY 21 NOW!!! C'MON. As far as the effectiveness, can you suggest anything? After 1 month, i was only loosing 1 lb at the most! per week as apposed to 4 a week.

Well, I'm not sure what you can do in regards to the tolerance issue,
if you have tried everything that I listed in that report.

Quick weight loss (like 17lbs in a month) may cause the protein deficiency,
so just try protein drinks for now, even if you stop taking Phentermine.

Have you change anything in your diet and ex. over the last month? When you go to the gym. What all do you do? I am thinking you may just need an off day or two so that you body can heal from over training. Another thing that I can think of is that your eatting habbits may not be good enough. If your body is pulling protien from your hair. Then it sound like that to me. Their is also another thing your body does after it as being though training for a while. It hits a plateau!!! If this is the case you can change up you work out or just keep up the faith and work through it. But mainly I would say get some more protien.
