:) What time do you take your phen?

i am on 37.5mg phen, today is day 1. I took it at about 7:45am... I work from 8am to 5pm and around 6pm every day i go to the gym. I'm worried that by 6pm the phen will wear off and i wont have energy for the gym.

what time do ya'll take your phen? any suggestions or comments would be appreciated. thanks in advance!

That was the problem I has having. I was loseing all of the energy by the time came around for me to go run. I felt even more tired than I normaly did. I had to start working out in the morning time. I take mine in the morning... But, my work time changes every week. Sometime I am mornings and sometimes its evenings. But, I take the phen in the morning at about the same time. When I as working out in the evenings I was taking the phen around 11 am or noon.

Yesterday I took my 37.5 mg at about 8:30 and it lasted pretty much all day. I didn't eat breakfast until about 10 and I ate dinner at 5:30. I wasn't hungry for the rest of the day.

I think that the pill works differently for everyone though. The best way to tell what time you should be taking your pill would probably be by trial and error.

I agree that the pill works differently for everyone. I'm on my second run with phen (took it a year ago), and I find that it isn't as strong for me this time around. I take it at like 8 AM and then I go to work, come home, and jog back to work, then I jog home. I CAN NOT exercise after I get home form work, I just can't find the motivation/energy, so it really helps for me to do it before I'm done working for the day. I find that I still get hungry, but that taking phen helps ease my cravings a little bit and helps to stop me from cheating on my diet.

My dr. prescribed the 15mg so I have the option of taking it twice a day. I take my first one when I get up in the morning around 5 or 6am so I'm able to eat after I get out of the shower and get ready. I take the second pill around 3, so by the time I get home I am able to eat before I go to my second job.
