yesterday was the first day i took it i felt great i had alot of energy i was wondering in 1 month with diet and exercise how much is the minimum that i should lose how much has everyone lost in 1 month

Hey ang,
I feel like how much you lose really depends on several things: how high your phen dosage is, how much you started out weighing, how much you exercise, what you eat, how well your body reacts to the medication, etc. Some people lose 40 lbs in a month, some people only lose 10. I would say that at my best period with phen, I lost 20 lbs in a month, which was great for me. I remember that I lost 7 lbs the first week, and that was on 15mg, which is the dose I started on before I raised it to 30mg. I'm guessing that you will have great success with phentermine too, esp. since it seems like it's your first time on it. Please remember to eat balanced, healthy meals and try to find the time to exercise as much as you can. Also don't be discouraged if after the first 2 weeks or so you start losing more slowly. This is normal with phen. The first couple weeks is when you lose the most. Good luck! :grin:

hi lucy thanks i tried adipex p 37.5mg about 2 weeks ago i only had 5 pills but i lost 5lbs and that was without exercise i didnt think it would work i just got my phen its 37.5mg and i plan to eat right and exercise so i hope that at the very least i can lose 20 lbs this month i will post my weight loss progress every week

I had a friend who did it for about a month and dropped about 25 pounds. I have been on it a couple of weeks and I have already lost 16 1/2 as of this morning. Its really just different for all I guess.

Couple of weeks and already dropped 16 pounds man. That pretty damn good. I have 10.5 in two weeks and that running every day but twice a week. I read in another one of your post that yours last in you until dinner. I was mine stayed effective in my system that long.
