I just started taking phentermine today and its making me feel very energetic, but my question is How long will it take for me to see some good results(not that i'm rushing the product)?

Welcome to the group. With proper exercise and healthier food choices and less calorie intake it could be a couple of days to a week. I lost 7 pounds the first week I started. I've lost 25 so far since the begining of June when I started phen. Good Luck!

Yes, I agree with May on that one. Changing the way you eat will help out and being more active will help. I was losing about 5 lbs a week.

Really!!! Actually thats exactly what i'm doing. Excercising at 6am-7am that is walking at least 2miles a day, and eating 'way" healthier and smaller and drinking nothing but "tons" of Water! My energy level is sky rocketed I will go and weigh in on Sunday August 14 ,2005 the last time I checked my weight was on Saturday August 7,2005 at a whopping 284lbs. When I do weigh in I will be for certain to post it! I greatly do appreciate your concerns please dont stop, because I need all of the encouragement that I can get! Thanks!

Today is SUnday, basically it's been a week already. I haven't lost one pound. Could somebody tell me what i'm doing wrong? Yes I am excercising and eating healthier. SO what could be stopping the process? I'm taking 37.5mg Adipex.

Did you write down everything that you ate this week and how much calories you ate each day? If not , write everything that you eat and what the calories are this week and look at how many calories you are taking in. To lose 2 pounds a week you need to eat 1000 less calories daily. Go to the Fitness Forum topic. Look for Healthy Calorie Intake, I wrote in there the steps that I take to figure out how many calories I should be eating each day. Try that and see how you do.
