Did you write down everything that you ate this week and how much calories you ate each day? If not , write everything that you eat and what the calories are this week and look at how many calories you are taking in. To lose 2 pounds a week you need to eat 1000 less calories daily. Go to the Fitness Forum topic. Look for Healthy Calorie Intake, I wrote in there the steps that I take to figure out how many calories I should be eating each day. Try that and see how you do.
