Q: What do you think or do you know is the best way to come off Phentermine so that you don't get withdrawal symptoms (hunger, lethargy, depression, changes in personality, etc.)? How did you come off Phentermine? :-o

That depends on what dosage you're taking. If you're at 30mg or 37.5mg,
you can just order phentermine 15mg capsules, for example. Switching
to a lower dosage for a while instead of suddenly stopping Phentermine
will certainly lessen the withdrawal effects. Then I'd just recommend
taking your dose less and less often, like every 2 days, 3 days, etc.
