I know that one person here, Marsoopial, noticed tingling feelings in her
arms and she had some weird feelings in her chest. She ended up in
the emergency room one night, and a few weeks later she said she
ended up just fine.

I'm not sure if she still takes Phentermine though.

My husband was playing baseball one HOT afternoon in the summer 2 years ago( we're in Texas where it can get up to 100 degrees). He had drank a little the night before, and he took a phentermine the day of his game. He went to the ER because he was having a heat stroke, and his body curled up into a ball. It was very scary for him, and he hadnt taken a phentermine since then. Unfortunately, he has started taking it again in the last couple of months.

I have been having severe muscle spasms in my upper back and neck. I get this every so often after being in a car accident when I was 16 but not every day. Has anyone else noticed this as a side affect?

Your muscle spasms are probably still related to your past accident. (just my opinion)
Again, other than affecting the heart, blood pressure or central nervous system, I can't find anything point to muscle pain due to phentermine use.
You should really call your doctor if it becomes a contant problem that you feel is beyond the normal considering your experiences due to the accident.

I dont mind the feeling of being on something, its been worth it. But sometimes If I wait to long to eat I notice I get what seems to be a bad hot flash, and I get chills. After that I cannot pass the feeling of needing to vomit. But this is only when I wait to long inbetween meals. Also, I went off of it for a day, and I got very lightheaded. I thought for sure I was going to pass out. The nurse at my Dr office told me to stop taking it. But I dont want to cause its working great. ANyone else ever experienced this kind of reaction?

I've definitely had the feeling of being light-headed, feeling like I'm going to vomit, and pass out. LOL. But I still take Phentermine. It only happens, like you, if I wait to long between meals. It also happens in the morning though. I'm thinking it is for the same reason.

I thought I would take it upon myself to cut the pill and half and only that everyday. My husband seems to think this is dangerous. The pills are 37.5 and they're white with blue dots. Kinda look like certs. Anyone else ever done that? Definatly less side effects, and still feels like its working.
