All phentermine is the "HCL," as the full chemical name for Phentermine
is Phentermine Hydrochloride.

I have never heard of TR. Do you have any other info on this?
Where did you hear about it?

Does TR mean time-released? In that case the closest thing to it
would be Ionamin, which is manufactured in a resin compound
that takes longer to be released into your body.
