Yes Zoey, I still continue w/ my health plan. I eat pretty healthy (bing a little on the weekends). I exercise 3-4 times a week. You know how you want your body to be just right, especially in the right places? LOL! Now, I can't say, I'm careful w/ what I eat. If want it, I'm gonna eat it. LOL! That means, I have to make up for it at the gym. Your right about self control and will power,,, it sure can be a struggle at times. I'm really enjoying the chat.

Some helped some didn't, but ultimately I had to tell myself that my mind and my will are the only magic pills there are. Even if I found one that actually worked, I can't spend my life on it. I am being very careful with what I eat now, but I am not restricting myself from anything. Using the charts on FitDay.com I am able to make adjustments in my food and activities to allow myself to continue enjoying the things I like. I would never say that someone else is wrong for the way the handle their lives. I just know that for me, the only way I can succeed is by self control and will power. Also, by having a great support group to turn to. Thank God I finally found that here.
