Yes Zoey, I still continue w/ my health plan. I eat pretty healthy (bing a little on the weekends). I exercise 3-4 times a week. You know how you want your body to be just right, especially in the right places? LOL! Now, I can't say, I'm careful w/ what I eat. If want it, I'm gonna eat it. LOL! That means, I have to make up for it at the gym. Your right about self control and will power,,, it sure can be a struggle at times. I'm really enjoying the chat.

Just like the fad diets. You can't "diet" all your life. All you can do is try to understand what healthy really means and do your best to direct your life in a healthy direction. I am being very careful with what I eat now, but I am not restricting myself from anything. Using the charts on FitDay.com I am able to make adjustments in my food and activities to allow myself to continue enjoying the things I like. I would never say that someone else is wrong for the way the handle their lives. I just know that for me, the only way I can succeed is by self control and will power. Also, by having a great support group to turn to. Thank God I finally found that here.

Check out FitDay.com By using their charts you can make adjustments in your diet and activity to allow yourself your goodies without having to punish yourself for it later. It's very cool. I use it every day and it really helps

I'm nineteen and was 170lbs/5'9" when I started taking 37.5 of Phentermine. I am working on losing 25lbs. My family has always been overweight so my mom decided to prescribe phentermine to me as a sort of preventive measure. It has given me so much energy and I actually help out around the house now! I think it would be a great idea for people who feel they are getting somewhat overweight to to start on the medicine along with exercise and drink plenty of water.

I agree w/ the research Zoey found on the internet. I only had 15-20 lbs to lose, & I lost more than that, & I DID, in fact, become underweight, but I didn't actually PLAN that!!! I also agree w/ Twins who said she thinks that Hollywood stars are using this to become thin or to maintain weight loss. I can see where that would be easy to do!!!
In spite of all of this, I would still recommend this weight loss pill to ANYONE! I have had TONS of energy since starting it, & VEEEERY rarely get sleepy anymore! It's a God-send for me!
