Hi,

Now that I've been on Phen 15mg for 2 weeks, I'm convinced that many of the skinny Hollywood stars take it to maintain or lose weight.

So what's so wrong with taking this if you only have 20 pounds or less to lose? Maybe taking Phen is the incentive one needs to feel better about going to the gym and eating better? Why only the obese get to take this?

Hi Hope,

I believe I bought mine from Pharmacy USA - I listed it in another post - paid a ton of money -

Can you believe I have NOT stepped on a scale? I absolutely hate them! When I go to the doctor's office I tell them I can't step on the scale and give them my weight. I'm tall, so no matter how thin I get the number is never a pretty little 115 or some other junk like that.

I do plan on getting on the scale after one month and getting my new number. So I'll let you know.

But, I do know Phen is working. My clothes are loose. Haven't gone done a size yet, but hopefully next week.

I'm walk/running and doing Windsor Pilates at home. I'm not doing any specific diet. What I've done is cut my portions in half, cut out all diet sodas, caffeine and way back on sugar. I try to eat regular meals, but just smaller.

For instance I'll have an egg and 1 slice of wheat toast for breakfast. Snack - carrot juice and some almonds - Lunch - turkey breast with mayo and mustard roled around cheese - snack - apple - dinner - Turkey tacos - 2 of them instead of 3 - and that's about it. I don't want to deprive myself or else I'll start grazing on everything!

As for side affects - I noticed a problem sleeping at night - that's passed - feeling like I have heartburn - and feeling warm - the heartburn thing scared me a bit because what if it's something else - but I think some of it is in my head.

I think she meant that no matter how thin she gets, she'll never be
a "pretty little number" like 115.

Hey Ian,

Why don't doctor's like to prescribe Phen for people who have 20 pounds to lose? What's your take on it? And what's your research told you about the number of people who are mildly overweight and taking this drug?
