starting all over again

as you know-i did phen for a month, lost 17 lbs, went off for a month-NOW IM STARING MY NEW CYCLE TODAY, so wish me luck and lots of pounds to shed.

ps-how do you update your ticker?

You have to go back and make a new one with your new weight. It kind of sucks that you don't have a personalized one that can be updated and you have to make a new one everytime.

I tried looking for more online but they are the only ones that have them.

That's what we get when we get it for free! Marcie, You seemed to be doing fine while your off the Phen. Why are you starting it again? If you can make it without medication why do you want to use them?

I guess i should have clarified.

I started taking it on June 4, and only took it until July 15th. (thats when i lost the weight) I stopped and only gained 2 lbs back, and decided that i wanted to get back on it-STARTING today!
