Sounds like you've got pretty good control of the situation. My congrats on that. If it continues though, you might want to check with a doctor about it. =D>

Yea I don't think I have ever heard of a semi healthy donuts, To bad, huh? I love ice cream too and the Edys slow churned is not to bad as long as you eat a single serving which I cannot do. I can't have ice cream in the house because even if it is not bad per serving it certainly is per 1/2 gallon and thats about what I can consume. :? I am not on any real diet I just try to portion control and eat healthier snack. But I do agree that these pills help you not eat a whole pizza at a time. I can be a bordom eater and these pills have really helped me with that which I think thats what I am the happiest about. I really want to lose at least ten more pounds by halloween because I'm having a big halloween party and the costume I want has a short skirt so I don't want to look creepy in it. I'm at 159 so I think thta I can reach that goal by then if I just work at it. Whats your story about these pills?

I will report that my moods have gotten better. It is something I have definitly had to work at especially with my 2 year old since he just doesn't want to listen to me. I remember all the time that my mom got pissed off over stupid stuff when I was growing up and I don't want Gavin to remember be yelled at alot so thats my motivation.

oh.... speaking of calories and sweet... if anyone has fairs or carnivals coming up in there towns. Check out the calories in those kinds of foods. it's outrageous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Later....

I was like that too at the beginning but I think that it has calmed down on me so mabey it will for you too. Mabey considering taking 1/2 a pill I that about every 2 days for 2 days so i can control my moods and not become used to the pills.

Good luck on the bikini.

I have never taken them. I've used just about everything else known to man, though. For me, even when I find something that works it's still the issue of what happens after I stop. Of course for me stopping becomes an issue as well. Very addictive personality. So, this time it's all on me. The only help I'm getting is from these people right here!!!
I have spent the past 20 years in or near San Antonio, and there is some kind of huge celebration(FIESTA!!!) every month. Check out the nutrients in a funnel cake and you'll realize you can't afford even a taste! About the only food stand I can go too and still be able to look at myself the next day is the one that sells ceviche. (that's shrimp with lemon, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, garlic) OOOOh that is some good stuff!

Hi,
Does anyone gets tired on Adipex? - Just checking.
at first, I had so much energy, I could clean my house and 3 more. I am taking Adipex for about 1.5 now, and I still loose weight, but ... I feel more irritated , constipated and tired by now. I believe I lost about 20 pounds from 243 down to 223 now, I am 5'8. I feel that man are starting to notice me, again and my clothes are looking better on me. I have compliments right and left at work, but I am not sure when to get off and why am I tired now?
I think, I need to give myself a break from Adipex and start again in a week or so.... Also, I did not excercise much and has being stressed out about my mother that was sick lately...
I have tried vitamins, and wanted to vomite so bad, they give me nausea!
Anyway, I will continue Adipex after a small break. I will see the results.
Do you think that palatees would help?
N.

I am jealous of all this energy everyone is feeling. I am so tired on this pill. I wish I had the energy to clean my house, it sure could use it. I am taking one every other day and I always feel great on my day off and not so great on my day on. The mood swings are a little ridiculous too but luckily those have gotten better and I am more aware of it. I feels almost like I am PMS-ing and who wants that any more than they have to?

Oh bt the way donuts are evil. Just say no. And try skinny cow ice cream sandwiches they are the best.

I was taking it twice a day and I was tired. I only have a couple pills left so I have switched to everyother day so I can ween myself off of them, and I'm exhausted. But I do work 7 hours a day, go to school, workout and my second job finally scheduled me to work for next Saturday.

Just a tip on the energy thing.. I'm not taking any meds but I started losing energy about the same time the weight started dropping. When I started monitoring my intake on fitday.com I realized that I really wasn't getting the vitamins and minerals that I should. I added One-a-Day Daily Diet Support and that together with my food gave me 100% of everything except calcium and magnesium. Had to a supplements for those. Since I did that my energy level is back up. Not supercharged or anything. Just feel normal again. The body just doesn't work at peak level without the proper balance. It's about more than just calories, carbs, proteins, and fat.
