A good thing for loss of hair is using birht control pills. I don't mean taking them. Just crush them and mixed them in your shampoo!! Also try taking some protein or vitamins to compensate for the what might be causing you hair loss.

My hair loss could be in BIG part to the fact that i was on a MASSIVE protein diet. i mean, no veggies no fruit STRICKLY meat- and then i came off of it so fast. My doctor said my hair loss IS NOT attributed to the medicine. I am still loosing it *and at a rapid rate* but there is hair growth coming back around my hair line-so i am not concerned. Im drinking atkins protein shakes to compensate for the protein loss now.

There are things to do. A hairdresser would probably say NO COMBOVERS---EVER.

I know there are medicines that can help your hormone levels. I took DHEA for a couple weeks and it was all over the place! I couldn't get rid of it fast enough!

Look up on a registered site, National Institutes of Health (NIH) - Home Page is one, which medicines can cause hair growth. But BE CAREFUL! You do not want to try anything without your doctor's OK..

Most hormone issues are dealt with by a special doctor called a Neurologist..
