I know most of that is water weight right now. I have been eating a fat free yogurt and a piece of fruit for breakfast. Lunch is usually a large salad with fat free dressing, or Raisin Bran cereal with Skim milk. Dinner is a small portion of whatever I make for my family and a salad. I have been walking, jogging, and using my elliptical, not on a set exercize schedule, just when I get free time (during babys nap, after dinner). I know the weight loss will slow down, but it is really great motivation to see the numbers drop. Thanks for all of your encouragement.
