Congratulations!!! Getting those first few pounds off really helps put you in the right mindset doesn't it? Don't get discouraged if you don't see the same results every week though. After the first week it usually slows down, but if you continue with 1-3 pounds per week, you will be doing great and staying healthy. Great Job!!!! =D>

I know most of that is water weight right now. I have been eating a fat free yogurt and a piece of fruit for breakfast. Lunch is usually a large salad with fat free dressing, or Raisin Bran cereal with Skim milk. Dinner is a small portion of whatever I make for my family and a salad. I have been walking, jogging, and using my elliptical, not on a set exercize schedule, just when I get free time (during babys nap, after dinner). I know the weight loss will slow down, but it is really great motivation to see the numbers drop. Thanks for all of your encouragement.
