I'm starting my Phentermine tomorrow morning! YIPPEEEE!!!! I had one last "feast" tonight, lol. I haven't even taken it yet and I'm so excited I can't sleep. I've been up researching beginners training for running. I'm hoping I get the energy to motivate myself to train. I'd like to participate in a 5K around Thanksgiving that my neighborhood sponsors. Anyhow, I'm kinda nervous, mostly excited, but can't wait to see if Phentermine works for me. Wish me luck and if you have any tips, please let me know!

Good luck Brandileah!

That's great about the running. I started run/walking in 5ks a couple years ago. Then I signed up for a Sprint Triathalon (a short triathalon). Once I signed up for it, I was really motivated to work out.

You probably won't be hunry, but don't forget to eat healthy small meals throughout the day!

I think I started with 66 to lose. I was 184 when I started dieting, and right now I'm 177 (after 2 days on Phen). I'm really liking the Phentermine. I don't feel jittery, and my hunger is gone. So far so good...

Well good luck on your training. Im not much of a runner I have flat feet and get tired really quickly. I tried the soles but not much works so I stick to elliptical machines and swimming. I also do weight training 3 times a week. I don't want to be flabby.

Good luck on the running. Because of the excess weight I do not run. The pressure it puts on ankles,knees,hips,and back are just too much for me. This may have to do with previous injuries I've had in addition to the weight, but I figure no since riking it. I do as much walking as I can. The area where I live is very hilly, so it gives my walks more of a challenge. Maybe when I lose some more I can move up to jogging. (Gotta get better bras first!!!) Anyway, good luck and we'll be cheering for you.

I'm at 174 today...that's a loss of 10lbs. I'm excited, just needed to let y'all know it's working. Yeah!!!!!

Wow that is really good. What are you eating? I have been having trouble going under 170. The first 5 pounds came right off but I am in some kind of stump. And you already lost 10 pounds in just a few days? Congratulations.
