Good luck on the running. Because of the excess weight I do not run. The pressure it puts on ankles,knees,hips,and back are just too much for me. This may have to do with previous injuries I've had in addition to the weight, but I figure no since riking it. I do as much walking as I can. The area where I live is very hilly, so it gives my walks more of a challenge. Maybe when I lose some more I can move up to jogging. (Gotta get better bras first!!!) Anyway, good luck and we'll be cheering for you.
