I know what you mean. If I was to really eat, I could out-eat my husband and he's 6'5" and weighs 430!!

I started 9 weeks ago so I am averaging 2.77 pounds per week. I am very happy with this rate. It stays in the healthy 1-3 pound range. Thanks for the good words. Most of the time it's not so hard, but I have my moment like everybody else. I know I'm going to hit one of those times when I just stop losing and I am dreading it, but I know it's temporary and I will get through it. My goal is to be at 135 by next 4th of July. That gives me 30ish weeks to lose another 104 pounds. Even if I don't make it all the way to 135, I know that I'll be way far away from 264 and will never ever ever go back.

That's really good!! My goal weight is 145 for right now. When I get there, then I can go further, but it's baby steps for me!! I started at 178lbs 13 days ago, and I'm down to 170lbs as of last night. I was trying not to weight myself for the first month so I didn't get discouraged, but my couriosity got the best of me last night. I was watching "The Biggest Looser" on TV and they were all weighing in, so I had to too. But, that's almost 10 pounds, I'm happy with that. I'm glad it was that much because I know myself & I want to see big numbers in loss and if I weigh in too often I won't see those big changes, only little ones.
The 4th of July is so far away, I know you will be able to do it!!
We all need to be careful of the dreaded "HOLIDAYS". I want to go to Grandma's house and eat buckets full of her good cooking. But this year and from here on out I will have to "Just Say No"
Good luck to all of us!!

Enjoy the holidays and enjoy the good cooking, just keep it in control. Try using the salad plate instead of the dinner plate. You can fill it up more and trick your mind into thinking that you've eaten more than you really did.

The holidays will be a huge problems for me. Here are my problems:
1) As I eat one meal, I am already thinking about what I want for my next meal
2) I can eat A LOT of food. And it it good food (good as in bad, not good for you)
3) I eat out all of the time, so when I can have meals at home with family I know I will want to eat a lot.
4) For both Thanksgiving and X-mas my family gets together at Grandma's for breakfast and we sit around and visit all morning and then she brings out lunch. It's an entire day of grazing goodies!! Heaven for me!

Anyway - this is all things that Phentermine is helping me realize, that I don't need all of the food!!!

It's called tickerfactory.com
You can pick from all different designs.

First the bar, don't click on "next" until you pick one that you want. Under "next" there is numbers you can click on to get different choices.

After you pick one, click "next" - then you will pick your marker - do the same as above.

Then - you put in your start weight, current weight & goal weight
You can pick from "Weight Change" which will show a ticker that will go from 0 to 35 (amount of weight you want to loose)
OR - you can pick "Weight" which will show a ticker that will from from 180 to 145 (your start weight to your goal weight)

After you click "next" you will get a preview of what your ticker looks like, you can go back and change one or more things and it will save whatever your don't change.

Scroll down when you have decided that you want that one, there will be a box with "bbCode" on top of it, copy what is in the box.

Go back to this website and go to your "Profile"

Scroll down to "Profile Information"
Paste the "bbCode" in the "signature" box
Scroll down to Preferences and make sure "Always attach my signature:"
AND "Always allow BBCode:" AND "Always allow HTML:" - I'm not sure about the last 2, but I know the Signature needs to say yes.
Scroll down to the bottom and click "submit"

And that's it!!

I know this was probably too long and detailed, but I had a problem getting it to show up. It took me a couple tries. Hopefully this works for you!!

Good luck in your weight loss journey!!
