Yes, this isn't like take a pill and become skinny instantly kind of thing.
I have had awesome results so far, BUT, it is my diet and hard work at the gym that is really making me lose.
The phen just takes away your appetite and helps with energy for most people, then it is up to you to make changes in eating and activity habits. NOTHING comes without substantial effort and anything worth doing is worth doing well. It can definitely jump start and help a person get a handle on overeating and control.
