Well, if you're having to make yourself eat even now, then I don't think
that tolerance is an issue.
I've heard many people say that the last 10-20 pounds are some of the
hardest, besides the beginning of course.
I'd try staying on the
Phentermine, since it's obviously keeping your
appetite down. But in addition to ballet and weight training, I would
focus on getting in some time on the treadmill. This is essential to
burning away fat. Ballet can be quite a workout, but there's nothing
like a good 10-30 minutes or walking, jogging, and running.
A great way to increase your fat-burning ability is to go walking, but
randomly change pace to running or a sprint for a short time. Then just
go back to walking, and do it again in a few minutes. This confuses
your metabolism so it doesn't "relax" in the lowest speed possible.
It keeps your metabolism high.
One last piece of advice is to eat more than 3 times a day. Try a snack
of say, shelled walnuts and baby carrots.
