Hi..I am new here. I am taking one tablet each morning. So far at 1 1/2 weeks I have lost 9 lbs!!..Yea for me...BUT...major case of constipation. Is there any suggestions for this? I drink water. Starting eating prunes Yuck!..I never had a problem before but since on the pills it started. Any suggestions will help..thanks!

I had it bad! I ended up taking a light laxitive. I dont understand why it would but it does. :?

I had the same problem but I take all natural fiber pills. That works. Also try tea in the morning it might help.

I too had the horrible constipation but then up'ed the fiber in my diet. I found a really delicious granola bar that has 4 grams of fiber + 5 grams of protein and only 130 cal, they are the Kashi chewy granola bars, yummy. Also the yougurt with added fiber helps, not to mention lots of water. If all else fails add some prunes to your diet, wouldn't touch them with a pole when I was younger but have found they really give me a burst of energy now days.

I had it too. Thankfully, I also drink coffee each day and that really would help me if noticed it was getting to be an issue.

Yes, meee tooo!
It is definitely a problem with phentermine. I eat an apple a day, apples are a high source of fiber. It is worse for me because I am eating a ton of protein, very little carbs and protein too can make you constipated.
I think I am going to up my fiber in the form of a powder or pill...something.
Anyone have some great recommendations on what to get?
