Hi everyone..I read a few of the replys here and I noticed that a few of you have said that lemon water is good. Could you please tell me how? And also how I take it? Just get some lemon juice and squirt it in my water? Buy lemon flavored water? I know this doesnt sound like the smartest question out there but I am learning..

I like to take a slice of fresh lemon and squeeze it in the water. I'm sure you can use lemon juice from the store, but fresh tastes better to me.

Hi, I like making lemonade from fresh lemons. Depending on how much you like lemons, I like them alot! I take a whole lemon and cut it it into quaters and squeeze them in a 16oz glass of water with a bunch of ice and I put a few of the quaters (of lemon) in the glass, then I add 1 packet of splenda, stir it all up. It is yummy :grin:

I think I read that somewhere else that if you drink a glass of warm lemon water in the morning will help you with your weight loss. I think it is one of those fad diet things I am not sure I have never tried it but I have heard of it. It might help because of the acids of the lemon and breaking down food on an empty stomach.

I don't know about the lemon, but ice cold water helps you lose weight. Your body uses energy to warm up the cold water. My mom adds to her water a flavored tea bag, like berry or something like that. It adds just a little bit of flavor with little or no calories.
