I just started taking Phentermine again for the 5th time ............I just had my third and last child and made some lifestyle changes.......Also cut out the soda......starting walking 30 min in the evening five times a week and 30 min aerobics 30 min in the morning......I also signed up for fitday.com to keep track of my progess.....

My averages for the month are
1260 calories
20 sat fat
10 polyun
22 monun

Carbs 103
Protein 61
These are all grams

I have been on t pills one week now........I haven't lost 1lb.....
I don't feel hungry.......However I haven't lose anything this last week and don't really feel the phen anymore like I did when I first used it.
I did lose 5lbs this last month from the lifestyle change but haven't lost any this last week...
Should I bump up my calories some inorder to increase my metabolism???
I am actually getting pretty tired in the afternoon and taking a nap! Something I would have never been able to do the first time I took it.
Should I give it more time???
SHould I take a mutli vitamin with it???
It is the white pill that can be spilt? SHould I spilt it? I usually just take one around 7am and then nap at 2 when the babies lay down and then get up at 4 and then go to bed around 12.......

You should probably increase your calorie intake a bit, especially since
you're doing some exercise. Since you're not feeling hungry, that means
that Phentermine is doing its job. You just aren't feeling that energy I guess.

Good work on making those lifestyle adjustments already.

Try to cut down on your saturated fat. Also, what types of foods are you
eating right now? How many meals do you eat in a day, and when do you
eat them?

Naps lower your metabolism a lot. Try to make sure you only sleep at night,
no matter how tired you are.

Thanks for the reply.....
I am usually eating three meals.....sometimes however I will eat a good breakfast.........not fix lunch until late and then not be hungary again for dinner...so I will just snack on something later........from what I read though I should be eating smaller more freq meals a day to help the metabolism.
I feel that I have really changed this time and actually doing the right things like I should instead of expecting phen to be a magic pill. Because I wouldn't be here now if it was.....I allways came right back as soon as I stopped using it and of course I had three babies since as well that prolly didn't help.
Ill give it another week and step on the scale to see the results.....I have to go back to the doc mid nov for a weigh in.......MY pills are also different this time.....They are white and can be spilt and says R136??? Does this mean they are not as good.
I also tried Merida didn't like it and Tenuate was ok.....I think the mg is more on the tenuate but it seems like phen is the best bet for energy and app control.
I just think maybe I built up a tolerance for it????
Doesn't seem like it is really helping at all since I lost 5lbs last month on my own and now doing the same things and take phen I didn't lose any last week doesn't make sense to me but who knows???
I will try to cut out the naps.....It is hard because hubby also comes in from work then and has to lay down and likes me to lay down with him since the kids are acutally sleeping and we can get caught up on whats going on...........However i didn't know my metabolism slows down? I am beginning to think I dont even have one anymore....lol
