I just started taking Phentermine again for the 5th time ............I just had my third and last child and made some lifestyle changes.......Also cut out the soda......starting walking 30 min in the evening five times a week and 30 min aerobics 30 min in the morning......I also signed up for fitday.com to keep track of my progess.....
My averages for the month are

I have been on t pills one week now........I haven't lost 1lb.....
I don't feel hungry.......However I haven't lose anything this last week and don't really feel the phen anymore like I did when I first used it.
I did lose 5lbs this last month from the lifestyle change but haven't lost any this last week...
Should I bump up my calories some inorder to increase my metabolism???
I am actually getting pretty tired in the afternoon and taking a nap! Something I would have never been able to do the first time I took it.
Should I give it more time???
SHould I take a mutli vitamin with it???
It is the white pill that can be spilt? SHould I spilt it? I usually just take one around 7am and then nap at 2 when the babies lay down and then get up at 4 and then go to bed around 12.......
