I know you can't take sudafed. I don't know about zoloft. But this medication isn't good to take if you already have depression or have had it in the past since it makes you depressed. I was so emotional and if I had a bad day I wouldn't feel better until I cried and horrible mood swings. So that's something you should talk to your dr. about.

Pa said it was ok to take sudafed to I have been........I don't know though...I take a small dose of Zoloft for panic attacks I used to have like in meetings......
I didn't take the phen today since I was taking Sudafed every 6 hours though........
