Just started today and already I have sooo much energy! This stuff seems like it is going to work- very happy!!! :grin: Any helpful hints? What do you eat when you are on this? How many calories? I heard no diet cokes or coffee- what about decaff coffee? Any help would be great!!

Yes it really works. it's not like trim-spa or any other thing I have ever taken. I have been really pleased with the pills. I've lost 10lbs in a week and a half.
Be sure to remeber to eat, whether it's a yogurt or granola bar. Just take some lo-cal snacks with you when you go to work or other. Make sure you are getting enough protein. Good luck sister !

I have lost 20 pounds since August. It has been three months since I began taking phentermine. Some days are better than others. During Hurricane Wilma in Florida, phentermine helped me with the energy level. I was feeling down, but realized we are lucky and material things are not so important. People tell me they are impressed of how much weight I have lost. I do not mention the pills, I just say it is a special carb diet. In any case, I am ordering my next three month supply. I am trying to get to 150 then, I will stop because I do not look so hot when I am extra thin. My husband already complains I lost my J-lo butt. God bless and remember, as long as you are happy with yourself, everything around you will be brighter. 8)
