Hi...I am a new user of Phentermine. I took Phen-fen about 6 years ago and it really worked well for me. I am on my 3rd day of Phentermine. I took a 37.5 pill the first day, the 2nd day cut the pill in half. I have not been hungry at all! But today (3rd day) before I took any pills, I fainted. Has anyone else experienced this? I am nervous now to take another pill. I am not sure if it is the reduced food or Phentermine that caused me to faint! Help!!!!

It sounds like it might be the combination... like there isn't enough
food in your body, and so the only "nutrient" you're getting is Phen,
and your body goes after it to digest it, and then freaks out.

What foods are you eating and how much are you eating?
This is very important so you form good habits.

No breakfast - but I never have. A garden salad for lunch and then a med size portion of pasta for dinner. Before starting phentermine I would eat a lot of sugar. Now I am trying to avoid it. I guess it was too much of a shock for my system. I am thinking about trying to do a half a pill every other day - and maybe have a small glass of oj for breakfast. Without taking a pill today, I am still doing ok with not eating as much.

your body is starving. You need a certain amount of calories each day. If you ate a lot of calories and then all of a sudden you're not getting enough your starving yourself. Your body is going to old onto your fat because it's going into starvation mode and you won't lose any weight. At least have some yogurt for breakfast and some low calorie snacks between each meal. Fruit or veggies or something like that.
