Hey all...its me again. Well i am debating on whether to take todays pill or not. It is 7 am here and i have until 8:30 to decide. Thats what time i took yesterdays. i am sooo nervous about the side effects. I havent had hardly any sleep maybe 2-3 hrs. I am eating pretty much the same tho. I am taking the 30 mg. I would like to know if you think i should go on a lower dose. Here is the deal I am 5,1 and currently weigh 136...i want to weight 120. My dr. said that there is no such thing as a 15mg. SO what do you all think? I think that the 30mg might be too strong for me, but i dont know. Please respond soon

Cut your pill half, that's what I did when i 1st started...ease into it. When you wake up b4 eating anything, ive heard you can then eat a half hour latter, then if you feel like you are ready take the other with not eating anything for the last hour. If you cut 30mg in half...then you have 15mg. See it's fabulous....make sure that you eat after you take it...you don't wanna faint. I am not a Dr or Pharm. but I've been on it for 3 weeks and lost 15 bs. Just have low cal & low fat snacks.

thanks for the info..but i am taking a capsule. Is there any way to break them open and do that? I went ahead and took the whole pill today, and so far i am not as jittery as yesterday. About the sleep loss...will it get better? I know i am tired, but I can't rest...it really sux.

The sleep loss comes once you start building a little bit of tolerance.
Good luck to you, don't freak out too much, just go with the flow and you'll see it is a good thing.

HAHAHa...i was wondering...about how long are we talking with no sleep? 4 days or more? I dont know if i will be able to function. Oh and i have like this headache that wont go away. Its not a bad one..but it is just there and achy. Matter of fact my whole body aches...why would that be? I know you aren't a dr. but since you take it i just thought you might know why? Sorry for all the dumb questions,but I just like everyone's opionion...oh what can i take for the headache? Is ibuprofen ok?
