I was at 167 when I started a little over 3.5 months ago. I have lost 35 pounds and I am sorry to say this to everyone, I NEVER work out. I drink coffee, and have 1 coke EVERYDAY. I also drink a lot of water, I never eat past 6, and I do NOT snack at all anymore. This is just what has worked for me.
I have worked out twice. I noticed when I did work out that my heart rate went up to 197 and that really scared the CRAP out of me. That's why I didn't keep doing it. I was afraid I was going to have a heart attack.

PS, I just got to wear I can wear some of my old size 8 clothes! I am so excited.
