I am a 35 year old female...I am 5'3" and currently wear a size 8. I know that is not a big size but my weight is 182 lbs. I don't know if that means I have big bones or what. My question is, how fast should I start seeing results as far as weight loss is concearned?[/b]

Depends....

Are you exercising? Have you changed the way you eat?

I'm 6'5" and one year ago I weighed 355. I now weigh 250. I've weighed 250 now for almost 4 months. If you eat right and most importantly...EXERCISE...the weight will come off, and it'll come off pretty quick too. I lost 30 pounds in the first month.

You can do it! Stay focussed and do what it takes. If you'll stick with it the first couple of weeks, you'll start to see the results. Your clothes will no longer fit like they did. People will start to take notice too. Once you can see and feel the results, staying devoted to the regimine becomes MUCH easier. Please keep us informed of the process...

I was at 167 when I started a little over 3.5 months ago. I have lost 35 pounds and I am sorry to say this to everyone, I NEVER work out. I drink coffee, and have 1 coke EVERYDAY. I also drink a lot of water, I never eat past 6, and I do NOT snack at all anymore. This is just what has worked for me.

I have worked out twice. I noticed when I did work out that my heart rate went up to 197 and that really scared the CRAP out of me. That's why I didn't keep doing it. I was afraid I was going to have a heart attack.

Hang in there and I hope it goes well.

PS, I just got to wear I can wear some of my old size 8 clothes! I am so excited.
