Actually, I took 1/2 pill. For a couple of hours, I had tons of energy, but then didn't really notice anything different after that. Until last night.....OMG, I had the worst headache ever! My kids basically had to fend for themselves because I couldn't even function. Today I took a whole pill and I did notice that I had some energy...but a few hours later I'm exhausted and my headache is starting again. Unlike everyone else, I'm wanting to sleep. LOL! I almost feel like I'm coming off of a high or something. :???: I hope it gets better. I just want to lose a few pounds!

Man, I'm sorry you have to deal with the headaches. It seems like 1/3 of
people who take Phen have pretty overwhelming headaches in the first
few days to a week.

How much water are you drinking? Are you making sure you eat enough?
What kinds of foods are you eating? These things can make a difference
in how you feel.

I know how you feel! for some reason I started all over again and this weekend I was so tired. I slept so much and I been going to bed relatively early every night. It is a little weird but I do notice the day I dont take anything I get extremely tired and lazy so that kind of sucks. Try drinking TONS OF WATER for the headaches I found that it helps. I drink about 3L of water a day without even thinking about it and feel awful if I don't drink any.
