Hello every1.. I haven't started taking Duromine, just browsing to see what are the side effects on people. I'm 4 kilos overweight ( that's what the doctor has told me) but he still prescribed me the tablets.

Don't know what Duromine is but I hope it works well for you. Is this another name for Phentermine?

side effects with Phentermine have been minimal with me. at first I had trouble sleeping at night and if I did'nt eat and drink enough water I would get headaches. menstrual cycle is also different. that is all I've experienced so far.

Welcome to the board. Everyone here is so awesome. I am sure you will love it here too. I have a stupid questions...how much is 4 kilos overweight? I have never sat down and tried to figure out how to convert pounds so I have no clue. :-o

I really don't know how to convert kilograms to pounds.. :( I have only just started taking Duromine also known as Phentermine yesterday, and YES.. I didn't feel any hunger at all.. "I had breakfast before taking it", sad thing was I had headache all night at work and hardly had any sleep at all. But yeah.. I feel that it will actually works for me.. though I have to remember to buy a weight scale to keep track on how much I'm losing...

With anyone taking this diet pills.. does any of you guys take it with Multi-vitamins???

It's good to take a multivitamin every day anyway, unless you're taking
another medication for which you've been instructed to avoid multivitamins.

First Day.... took one 30mg Duromine right after breakfast.. didn't have anything to eat until late afternoon. Hardly had any sleep.

Second Day.. took one 30mg Duromine in the morning.. had small meal at lunch... feeling tired and exhausted from lack of sleep, took another one around 1:00pm. Didn't not sleep all night.

Third Day.. still awake... had a cuppa coffee.. thinking if I should take another tablet....

i see that it seems you are having alot of difficulty sleeping. have you considered not taking another pill in the afternoon. maybe you should consult with your doctor about the dosage you are on. i would not think that long term sleep deprivation would be a good thing. but that is just my opinion not medical advice since i am not a doctor or anything.
