i was just wondering if anyone has had problems with nausea when first taking phentermine. if anyone has some advice for me as to how i could avoid the nausea i would greatly appreciate the advice. well even with the nausea i am still really excited and very motivated to get this wieght loss started and to reach my goal.

awe, I am sorry to hear you had such a nasty day. I have never had that. I can't stand to feel like that so I don't think I could have continued if I felt like that. Maybe someon else has had that one.

Welcome and I hope it gets better! I wish I had more words of support to offer you. I am sure someone on here has gone through that.
