Hi all. I'm new here and have found this forum very helpful. I just ordered the Amide 37.5 caplets from sisterspharmacy last week. I got them on Tuesday (very fast free shipping!). I've been taking one caplet every morning an hour before I eat with a full glass of water. Does anyone else have these kind because they just don't seem to work! I feel a bit more energetic for a few hours after I take it, kind of like if I would drink like 3 cups of coffee, but NO decrease in my appetite. I've had no problem falling asleep at night... in fact I've been tired earlier than usual! Yesterday I took a whole one in the morning then a half of one in the afternoon.... still no real effect! Please, if anyone else has had the same thing happen, let me know.... I'm getting really discouraged and feel like I've wasted my money. Is it possible to take two of these caplets a day?? If I could get some replies of people who are taking the Amide 37.5 caplets and are having good effects, that would be helpful, too, so that I know it's just me and not the pills. These are the small oval white ones with blue specs with a score in the middle and A-159 marking. Thanks so much for any help!

Hi there.
I feel your pain.
I've been taking 30's for 4 weeks now and have only lost 4 pounds. This is with a Weight Watchers diet paln and 4 days of cardio exercise per week. And may I add, more water then ever. Some days I feel my eyeballs are floating.
In the beginning, I did feel effects as far as sleeplessness at night but a little extra energy during the day. I feel that my appetite has decreased.
I too have wondered of I wasted my money. Yet I've been tempted to purchae more but at the 37.5s.
I know how frustrating it is. Stick to it. Its only been 5 days for you. And whatever you do...DON"T DOUBLE UP! It's just not safe.
Good luck.

It does take a while for it to start really working and you feel the difference. I think after the second week. I am taking the Amide 37.5 tablet. Your so right about not helping with appetite. It is not recommended to take more than one phentermine a day. What my doctor has me on is the phen 37.5 in the am and the Phedimetrazine 30mg in the early afternoon around 2pm no later than 4pm. The difference with these is that they are chemically different, but they do the same thing. He gave me two herbal supplements. hydroxytyptophan and Magnesium Gluconate (Do a google search to see what they are used for). These have also helped me thru the day. When you first start out it takes a while to see the results. You won't see anything till the 3 or 4th week. If you eat right , exercise and drink over 3 liters of water a day; you will lose. If you eat poorly, you'll stay the same. When I first started, I eat poorly, didn't exercise much and I had the hardest time loosing. Keep on going, it will start working. just give it time. [/b]
