How many hours in a day is phentemine effective in our body?

I take 30 mg phentermine everyday around 11:00 a.m. and it curbs my appetite until around 4:00 p.m. and then i'm HUNGRY. Is this normal? I figured if i took it around 11:00 it would pretty much last the rest and night. Does this happen to anyone else? I have read that these pills can be addictive but i guess i don't understand that because i don't like the ways these pills make me feel. I can't concentrate at work.... kinda feel like i'm wired. I'm going to give them 1 month though and see how i do.

I'm not sure if you'll ever like Phentermine, if you don't like that
extra energy. Most people enjoy that since they feel like they're
up for anything, you know? ...like remodeling their houses randomly.

If you didn't dislike the energy that comes with the Phentermine,
I'd recommend that you step up to a higher dosage if possible.
However, in your case I can't recommend that.

you might want to try Tenuate less in the energy department and more in the appetite control area.
