Different people have different results. I started on 30 mg and did fine....at my next dr appt, he prescribed 37.5 mg....I ended up going back and asking for the 30 back again because the 37.5 did not work for me. On the other hand, there are some on here that have had the opposite effect and don't do well with the 30 but do excellant on 37.5. The only real difference between the two is that one is faster acting and timed release (30 mg) and 37.5 is slower acting and not time release. Both contain basically the same amount of medicine. So it really comes down to how your body responds to it...if you aren't getting good results with one, don't be afraid to ask your dr for the other one, it may be just what you need to lose the weight.
