Ugh!!!!! I have lost a total of 40 pounds and now I am at 127. I really want to get down to 115 but I would "accept" 117. I must admit that the 40 pounds I did with no effort. I wasn't hungery and that really just was the biggest result to my losing all that weight. I never worked out or anything. I got spoiled! I would drop 10 pounds per month! Now I have been 127 for exactly 1 month and I haven't noticed any lowering of my weight. It's pissing me off!!!! I know I need to work out and blah, blah, blah but I got used to doing nothing and it working for me. I have done then go off a few days and start back up thing and that hasn't helped me. I am taking off a full week this time and hoping that will help jump start these last extra pounds. I can see 115 right infront of me. I just have to reach out and grab it!
Anyway, I just wanted to vent.
