I started on Phen last sunday, was down to 132 by Tuesday morning but have been at 131.5 - 132 since then. What's going on?? I was so excited about losing the weight, I am eating less than before and I lost 4 pounds in 2.5 days, but have been at a standstill since then! I am working out like crazy, too! See my diary! :(

If I quit taking it, wil I gain those 4 pounds back? Or more?

I didn't take my Phen today, I wanted to see if I had bad cravings or no energy, that kind of thing. I am a bit tired, while I usually have energy to burn this time of day when on Phen. I had a craving for brownies when my son asked for them, but I didn't eat any. I have kept my eating under control. I just wish I had more energy.

I started back on Phen today, my day off of it was hard but I feel better now. Maybe last week i had a stomach flu, and the way I felt was not the Phen?

I will be taking 1/2 a pill each day this week, to see if that works better for me. I need to be able to eat something, and to drink enough water, which I couldn't do on a whole 37.5 pill. I ate a lot by comparison yesterday but I tried to keep it healthy.

If you stop taking Phentermine it doesnt mean you will put the weight back on. Just have to becareful what food choices you make. The thing that keeps me full when im not taking phentermine is oats for brekky n then steamed veggies during the day. And drink lots of water. It really helps.

Also with exercise i think its better if you do one thing for longer like your doing treadmill for 30 min thats great and some other machine also for 30 min like X-trainer or something.
It is however important to keep your heart rate in the fat burning zone rather then cardio at first.
When it comes to weight training my trainer told me to introduce that tiny bit later when u have a lil bit weight lost. Once you do make sure you do them one after another kind of resting while you switch to ther machines, to also keep your heart rate the same.
I think that might help with the weight lost because your exercising great but it's good to try different technique.

I think you'll be fine Angelkae Sometimes it doesnt work straight away. Just a bit of patience. Keep us updated.

Thanks Kathy for the advice. I have not been to the gym yet today but yesterday I did 30 minutes on the bike and 12 minutes on the treadmill.

What is an X-trainer?

This is an x-trainer. It might be called something different in America. Sorry for the confusion.

Y es that is a elliptical trainer it is awesome your supposed to burn like double the amount of cals on it as you do on the treadmill :grin:

I HAVE BEEN TAKING PHENTERMINE FOR A LITTLE OVER A MONTH. I HAVE DROPPED 2 SIZES AND APPROX. 13 LBS. MORE INCHES THAN LBS. I HAVE SEEN A STANDSTILL IN THE LAST 2 WEEKS. THE SCALE IS NOT MOVING. I HAVE TRIED NOT TAKING THEM ON THE WEEKENDS SO TO NOT MAKE MY BODY TOLERANT, I HAVE TRIED MORE FIBER, ETC. THE WEEKENDS I EAT WHATEVER I WANT. THE ONLY THING I HAVE NOTICED IS THAT WHEN I DO EAT WHATEVER I WANT, I DO NOT GAIN ANYTHING BACK. I STILL STAY THE SAME, HOWEVER ANY SUGGESTIONS ON GIVING MY BODY A LITTLE MORE BOOST? I WOULD LIKE TO LOSE ANOTHER 10-15 LBS BEFORE MAY 7TH. MY ESCERSICE CONSIST OF WALKING AND RUNNING WITH MY DOGS.
