Help, phentermine is great on appetite but effects me mentally. I worry excessively, lose temper easy, and feel depressed. I tried taking 10mg of lexapro but did not help. Any suggestions? Should I try more lexapro?

Hey Down, I think you might be able to make this better. How much are
you exercising right now? If you do 15-30 minutes of cardiovascular
exercise 4-6 days a week, then your depression should go away!
Trust me, I know from experience with very bad depression.

I don't think depressed is the word I'd use, but I feel like I get aggitated and aggravated more easily since starting on Phentermine 3 months ago.
I agree with Ian, the more I exercise, the more I blow off steam, but those "symptoms" still come olong more frequently then they used to.
