Phentermine isn't working for me

hi, i've been using phen for about a month now but I have not seen that i have lost any weight at all. i wake up at around 2 in the am everday and my stomach is growling like i need to eat....im not sure what's wrong w/ me since everybody else seems to be losing weight. i get all the energy yes, but i dont need that, i need to be losing weight since i spent 150 on this pill. pls help me is there anyone else out there w/ the same dilemma?

Is it suppressing your appetite during the day? You only mention being
hungry in the middle of the night... One way to make that go away is
to make sure you drink more water. Of course if you drink too much
you'll be going to the bathroom in the middle of the night, but that's
better than going to the fridge.

So, are you hungry during the day? If you aren't then the phentermine
is working, and we'll have to work on your diet and exercise plan, ok?
I'll help you as much as I can.

I have been taking phentermine since the end of November. I lost maybe 10 pouds and it really doesn't suppress my appetite. So, you are definitely not alone!

There are lots of appetite surpresants based on caffeine such as TrimSpa and Lipovarin. Ive read good things about this on this forum.
If Phentermine does not work then why is there such a big demand for it. I know the Phentermine is one of the most searched terms in Google and Yahoo. Lots of people are searching and buying this drug.

How many mg's are you on? If it is 37.5 try breaking the tablet in half. And take half in the morning (an hour before breakfast) and the other half in the afternoon.

Also drink at least 100 oz of water a day.

And you can try adding 5 htp. That helps kick phen back up if it stops working for you.

hi, i have taken phen for about a month ive lost 10 lbs and a few inches your dosage is probally the prob, BUT drinking water as was said before is soo important i drink a gallon a day no joke. Most of the time the ones who have more to lose is who is likely to have the big loss at first but i have tried a lot of diet drugs as i was very big before ephedra is what got me where i wanted before i got prego but out of everthing else i have tried and i have tried herbal stuff to the phen is just about up there w/ the ephedra there are a lot i mean a lot of people who have done awesome on phen and i think if one works with it as in doseage and water as well as eating good i was always eating before phen now i make myself eat brkfst, lunch and dinner and i am seeing my rewards, good luck and even if you get it online your bottle still has a phone # for the pharmacist who filled it call and say it is not working that great what about changing dose?

Hello, Im new

I have been taking P for 17 days and see no changes at all. I dont have a scale, but I look the same and my clothes fit the same.

The thing is, I eat almost nothing, salad, nuts, tea diet coke water primarily.. and carrots.
Why is this not working? I took one in the AM, and just took another a few minutes ago, this is frusterating. I look like I did after I had my second child. I dont want to be an 8/10, I want to go back to a 4/6.

Im frusterated, any advice?
