Hi KAR,
Thank you for the advice. I thought about that also. I had read a post where someone started eating 1200 calories and could not lose any weight. Then she stepped her cal intake to 1400 and started losing weight. My weight calculator said for my weight and age and also considering my exercise, I should be eating 1360 cals per day. I seriously considered trying 1400 a day and see what happens. I read somewhere that it is not advisable to eat less than 1200 calories for anyone. Have you read that?
I hate I can not take my phen anymore. However, other than the energy level, I can not tell I am not taking it anymore. I guess my body is saying enough is enough. I started taking my BP med yesterday and took one today and my headache is going away! I hope after a month I can go off it. I hope it is just the side effect of the phen.
I spent this morning at the hospital with my farther. He is in ICU. Not doing very well. The first thing he said to me was, You have got to lose your weight. Or you are going to wind up just like me." My heart is breaking for him! I am going to find a way. I don't want him to worry about me. I want to live to see my grandbabies!
