Ive lost 5 pounds in 6 days! thats a total of 36 pounds and that includes a month off of the phen! what I dont like about the 37.5's though is it seems as though they dont last as long as the 30's does anyone else notice this? im going to finish these and order more 30's...... :-D

i haven't tried the 30s yet, i usually take a 37.5 around 9am and for the rest of the day it peaks. i'll stop feeiling it for a while, then i will get a rush of energy. i've only been on it for 6 days, i think i am starting to build a tolerance but the effects of one pill usually last me from 9-8pm. i haven't weighed myself since saturday but i know i have lost something, can't wait to find out! 8-)

How long have you been taking PHen? I just started and thought abouth switching to 37.5 from 30mg. How is it different? Do you have more energy with 37.5 than with 30mg? I would like some support on this topic. My goal is to lose about 15-20 pounds by March

i heard that the 30's are time released and the 37.5's aren't. Interesting. Wish i would have known that before i ordered 90 37.5's :x
