hello all i am new here and i just started taking fentermina 7 days ago and just wanted to ask if i have an unrealistic goal
i am 28 yr old female 5'4'' and 170lbs wearing size 12 and i want to be back in a size 6 weighing about 130lbs i have attemped many times to lose the weight i have gained in the last couple of year but i have been able to do --- for one of a million possiable reasons mainly lack of focus ( i really love my kids but if would have realized what they would do to my body i would have addopted______________________just kidding----ha ha ha ) i have been doing some exercise 4 to 5 days a week now for about 2 1/2 weeks and i did weigh 176lbs when i first started so i have lost a little i just hope it keeps coming off
