Hi, i'm really confused about what strength I should be using. I started with30mg but it seems to have stopped working. Should I boost the mgs. or should I just continue with what I have? I only have about 10 pounds left to lose. Thanks-

I think you can lose the last 10 pounds without ordering more phentermine.

Let's attack this. What do you think it is that stops you from losing weight
without Phentermine? What foods? Do you eat too much or do you just
generally eat unhealthy foods? Tell me all about it.

I generally eat very well. I watch everything I eat and exercise at least 3 times a week. I drink water and I don't ususally eat after 6:30pm. I do tend to eat out at least 2 times a week but am very careful about what I eat.

Ok, great! What kinds of exercises are you doing? There are some
techniques you can use that will cause you to lose weight faster.

Also, what do you think was the cause of your weight gain in the

the cause of my weight gain is first of all, having a child, my age, and its just gotten harder to take it off.
