Just started phen today. No bad side effects to date. Have read that you should reduce/eliminate caffeine when on a diet and/or on diet pills. I love my coffee, I drink around 3 cups a day as well as drinking diet coke on the weekends. I usually have my last cup of coffee by 11am. Sometimes I may have a diet coke around 3pm in the afternoon, but that is usually only on a Friday.

Should I try and quit the coffee altogther? Is it that bad for me? I have not noticed any problems after consuming my normal 3 cups this morning.

im still drink caffine... i went w/o it for the first 3 dyas and had caffine withdrawl so bad and constant headaches.. i just gave in.. im to addicted .. i havent noticed anything physcially from drinking caffine and taking Phen. at least not yet

i read the tolerance report at shoppe.md and it said that caffeine causes the phen to leave your body faster and that it can cause you to develop a tolerance sooner. i am also addicted to diet coke. oh man, i know i can't go without it. i will try to cut down to say 2 a day. wonder if caffeine free would be ok?

Well I have cut down to 1 coffee a day, and I am trying to convert myself to tea instead. Only thing is I need sugar in my tea, where as I never have sugar in my coffee.
